What is your shipping policy?

All orders must be prepaid in full before shipping. Customer is responsible shipping costs, and for any taxes. Orders are shipped insured unless otherwise requested.

DOMESTIC

We ship packages domestically using either UPS, USPS or Fedex depending on the destination. Insured, domestic freight orders are handled through our contracted providers. Customer is responsible for shipping costs, and any applicable fees.

INTERNATIONAL

International packages are shipped door-to-door either UPS, USPS or Fedex/TNT, unless otherwise requested. Insured international freight is handled through our contracted providers. Customer is responsible for shipping costs, customs duty, and any applicable fees.

Are your products guaranteed?

Our products are guaranteed to leave our facility in pristine condition, meeting all required specifications. Products are shipped insured to cover any problems that occurred during shipping. Business customers are responsible for product insurance on their end to cover end-users. There are no refunds. If a product is found to be clearly defective through our oversight we will be happy to replace it. No replacements can be made more than 90 days after receipt of your order.

How do I order wholesale?

To obtain wholesale or bulk pricing, please email us at sales@nanoshellcompany.com. Provide a legitimate TAX ID number, W9, and sales tax exemption if applicable. Also, provide a list of products, product numbers or description, and we will be pleased to provide you with pricing.

What about custom orders?

All of our standard products categories can be customized to some degree to meet client specifications. For custom orders please contact us at the email above to set up a time to discuss your specific product requirements. Once we have determined how we can best meet your needs we will provide you the appropriate pricing. If extensive product design is required you will be charged the fees described below. Our goal is to provide you with the best possible product that meets your requirements without burdening you with excessive fees or taking too much of your time from growing your business.

How can I get product design consultation?

For clients beginning their product design journey, without a clear formulation recipe in hand, typical fees for custom product and brand design start at $80/hour. The first hour is provided free of charge. Based on your initial product description, you will be matched with one or more of our product development scientists for consultation. The time required for consultation service depends on the product and the client. Total time can range from a few minutes to several hours.
